Bespoke Oak Roof Trusses in Buckinghamshire

Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire

Location

Buckinghamshire, England

Application

Taking advantage of the vast expanse of roof, stretching over a large extension to an established detached family home in Gerrards Cross, an ambitious roof design was set out using an attic trussed system.

It created a third level to the home, providing two large double Bedrooms, a Shower Room, a large Media Room and Plant Room combining to total a floor area of 1560 sq ft all within the roof! The intricate design catered for several dormer windows, roof lights and roof lanterns. Using our expertise we were able to eliminate most of the steel work that had been proposed for the roof, making a considerable saving to the client without compromising the room area within the loft.
